1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CRL application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Responsibility

Cycling and racing are inherently risky activities. You acknowledge that you participate in CRL races and virtual challenges at your own risk. CRL is not responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring during these activities.

3. Fair Play

Participants in virtual challenges must follow the specified segments. Any form of cheating, including use of motor assistance (E-bikes on analog segments) or GPS manipulation, will lead to disqualification from the leaderboards.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the community.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
